How to help

Please get in touch with us directly if you would like to:

  • donate directly to pre-clinical research studies, and in particular to the current NURR1 / NR4A2 cohort study with iPSCs at the University of Miami (led by Dr Derek Dykxhoorn).

  • donate or work with us to establish the first clinical Centre of Excellence for treating children, teens and adults with NR4A2-related deficiencies of NURR1.

  • donate to sponsor the production of a short information video on NURR1 for our website to explain primary deficiency (haploinsufficiency) due to genetic changes and secondary deficiencies or dysregulation as a result of many other conditions (e.g. Parkinson’s Disease).

  • share new research publications that we can add to our growing archive of knowledge about the phenotype(s) and treatment possibilities.

  • ask for data or views from our community to support your own research studies.

  • help the non-profit organisation or community to expand and link to other initiatives.
